This counter in the corner of Jean-Talon Market has what may be the best selection of oysters in Canada, including Irish and Quebec oysters you can’t find in the U.S. Mostly retail, but they will shuck whatever you want and slide it to you in a wooden box full of ice. Nice. No liquor license.
