We had lunch the other day and were very impressed with the selection (11) of oysters waiting for us at the shucking bar in ice filled baskets. I had several Fjordlux, an oyster I have never heard of but which I would love to have many more! All oysters were very nice, well shucked and delicious. Excellent menu, many oyster themed special events (shucking instruction/scotch-oyster pairing session, $45.,etc,) Very good staff, great atmosphere, clean and neat and highly recommended.
