While visiting Wilmington, NC over Easter, we had dinner at Shuckin Shack, with great shrimp, crab legs and raw or steamed Stump Sound oysters. We had both raw and steamed, the raw were mild, not terribly large, medium briny and “ok.” Never even heard of steamed oysters so this was new to us and probably not going to be a favorite way of having oysters in the future but, again, “ok.”
