The Saint Helena Salts and the Roddy Rocks from Maggioni’s never disappoint. Jeff Beasley always takes time to talk with me when I’m at his processing facility on St. Helena’s Island. This past December we were fortunate to be at an oyster roast supplied by Maggioni’s and the crowd was more than pleased with the bushels he provided. We miss him during the offseason from June to September, but when October comes, we are calling Jeff!
