    The Salt Line (www.thesaltline.com) in Ballston, Virginia served these on Easter Sunday. Meaty and salty with a nice finish; yet another great Maine oyster. Paired with a local IPA made the experience even better.

    Amazing light sweet and super briny! Firm meat with a great bite. When I have these on the bar I tell customers they will be their favorite out of our choices and they always confirm. Just cant say enough about these. Hard to match the quality of a nonesuch. Super fan of these emerald gems. True taste of the Gulf of Maine.
