Jersey Rock
English Channel 🌎 See Oyster Map
Farmed in the Royal Bay of Grouville, off the coast of Normandy, smack in the English Channel. Huge tides, as in Normandy, lend themselves to French Table cultivation. Very clean water (sweeping through the English Channel daily.) With virtually no freshwater influence, these are super salty oysters.

Good oyster, but as is often the case with island oysters, lack of freshwater means there’s no sweet to balance the salt. Still, well cultivated, great with beer!
