Excellent serving at Bear Branch Tavern in Vienna, VA. Served with mignonette, lemons and cocktail sauce…. I ate mine without and they were meaty and salty. Paired with Virginia local Solstace Pale Ale.
Loved C&S cups- an Oyster specifically sold at 1 of 3 locations in Metro Atlanta. I’ve become a lover of this Maine Rivers Oysters!
Deep cups, MEATY- good brine!
Certainly is an oyster raising environment which produces oysters exhibiting the qualities I most enjoy about oysters: briny, strong shell, plump meat, meaty texture and the true taste of the sea. We just finished a dozen grilled with butter and garlic accompanied by a nice French white wine: heavenly Labor Day!
