At Eddie V’s restaurant in Burlington, MA, today, I had what they said were “Conway Royals from PEI.” They were mild salinity, deep cup, sweet finish, meaty, tender, juicy and ocean-fresh tasting. They are now on my favorites list.
Low salinity, fresh and mild with a pleasant oyster flavor and slight sweetness. So balanced this is a new favorite.
Clean Bright! Perfect size- not as briny as I like but the Fresh clean taste made them a favorite! Will order again if I find them!
Tried these at Grand Central Oyster Bar the other day and while a pleasant oyster, not briny enough for me.
Love these cocktail size oysters so briny they have a little sweetness in the finish
