Superb, savory oyster from the Bluepoint’s original stomping grounds. Moderate cup but intensely rich Long island brine. Enjoyed at Blue Plate Oysterette in LA, which is quickly becoming one of the best places to eat Northeast oysters.
A true blue point oyster the best out there by far. YUMMY!!
