Had at The Hourly Oyster House in Cambridge, MA on Oct. 6, 2017. Wanted to like this variety more than I did given positive reviews here and elsewhere, but it just wasn’t that interestimg to me. Want to try again. Briny, vegetal, earthy.
Amazingly flavorful and savory oysters with deep cups. Moderate size.
Mark and his crew make a great oyster. Very clean, bright shells and salty, sweet meats.
