An extremely sweet oyster (to the point it caused my eye to twitch) with plenty of salty water. Extremely deep thin cup is prone to breaking upon shucking, however the delicate unique taste is worth the risk. A surprisingly unique and memorable experience.
Light, small.
Enjoyed at Ed’s Lobster Bar in NYC.
Meaty, Light brine
2nd fav oyster.
